Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling with 24+ hours’ notice
- You may reschedule a lesson free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the lesson start time. You can also reschedule the lessons online from your account.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice
- If you wish to reschedule less than 24 hours before your lesson, the lesson will still be charged in full.
Cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, the lesson will be charged in full.
If you cancel due to injury or serious illness, you will not be charged, even if notice is given less than 24 hours before.
Lesson Packages
If you cancel a lesson package, you will be charged for any lessons already taken. The remaining lessons will be refunded.

Group Lessons Policy

If fewer than two students attend, the teacher reserves the right to cancel and refund the lesson.

Respect and kindness are essential in our learning environment. The teacher reserves the right to exclude anyone from the group who does not show respect or behaves inappropriately toward other participants.
Greek School Cancellation Policy
When you register and pay (partially, or in full), we immediately reserve and prepare everything for you—the lessons' space, your place in the group, lesson materials, and cultural activities, in some cases (i.e. Samos) your accommodation and the vehicle for the team. For this reason, payments are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled by another student. In that case, we may provide a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Payments

Within 20 days of registration, you must pay 50% of the total amount to secure your place.

The full amount must be paid at least 2 months before the starting date of the school.
